We like people who don't take themselves too seriously.

The ones who tell the embarrassing story before anyone else gets the chance. Who laugh at themselves when things go wrong. Who aren't too worried about whether their hair looks right, their shoes are spotless or what everyone else thinks of them.

Because it's very easy to get so caught up in how life looks that you forget to actually enjoy it.

Golf has a funny way of reminding you of that.

You can do everything right and get absolutely nothing back. A perfect drive can find a divot. A terrible shot can bounce off a tree and finish six feet from the hole. You can play the round of your life one day and forget how to hold a golf club the next.

Life isn't massively different.

There'll be good breaks and bad ones. Great days and shit ones. Things you can control and plenty you can't.

You have to take the rough with the smooth.

And strangely, whether it's golf or life, some of your best moments come when you stop worrying about what's already happened, stop obsessing over what might happen next, and just enjoy where you are.

That's what Ham N’ Egg is about.
